I’ve built my career making ambitious, high-stakes projects work — the kind with many moving parts, competing priorities, and stakeholders who don’t always see eye to eye. My specialty is operating at the point where government, private sector, NGOs, investors, and communities intersect, and making sure everyone’s pulling in the same direction.

That means aligning strategy, funding, approvals, and delivery so projects can move forward with clarity and momentum. I bring decades of experience in government, construction, and community-led delivery combined with the political savvy and negotiation skills to unlock stalled initiatives and turn good ideas into tangible results.

As a sole trader, I work directly with clients — no account managers, no layers, no hand-offs. You get fast decisions, complete accountability, and someone who’s as invested in the outcome as you are.

From working with senior ministers on high-stakes policy to sitting in community halls with people who’ve lost trust in the process, I’ve seen the difference it makes when you connect the dots between vision, funding, and delivery.
